Photoautomat restores and operates vintage analogue photo booths that stand outdoors on streets and in courtyards, starting in Berlin and now also in other European cities. You drop coins in, sit for four flashes and a few minutes later the machine delivers a chemically developed black-and-white strip of four photos; a few booths shoot colour or horizontal strips. The company also rents its historic booths out for events.
