Our print booth pairs a DSLR and studio light with instant high-quality prints and frame designs made for the event. Guests share by QR, AirDrop or email on the spot, and a gallery stays online for a month after the event.

Photo Mosaic Wall

Every check-in photo becomes a tile in one giant brand artwork.

Photos from a booth, green screen, roving photographer, phone upload or iPad are printed as numbered, colour-matched stickers for a physical wall, or placed live on an LED screen as digital tiles. The picture resolves as guests arrive, and the reveal becomes the room's shared moment.

Roving Photographers

Professional photographers capture guests at their best — candid, composed and full of energy.

A DSLR photographer roams the venue and sends each shot wirelessly to our printer, where the event's frame design is applied and the photo printed and handed to the guest during the event. Guests also get their photos through a personal QR, and the full gallery link follows within 24 hours.

Studio Station

A full open studio with professional lighting and a photographer directing every shot.

Key, fill and hair lights, neutral or branded backdrops (green screen available) and a photographer who coaches pose and expression. Live tethering lets guests pick their shot and add AI retouching, then receive retouched headshots by secure link, with optional prints on site.

What a booked event includes

Design
Frame, overlay and screen designs from your brand guidelines, with a proof to approve.
Backdrops
Standard backdrops at no extra charge: solids, sequins, gradients, patterns and themed textures.
Setup and teardown
Our crew arrives 60–90 minutes before doors open and packs down after.
Consumables
All standard prints and media for the booked hours.
Crew
Listed per experience; it scales with the venue and guest count.

How booking works

1. Quote
Tell us the date, venue and experience; we confirm availability and send a quote.
2. Design
Send logos, copy and art direction; we send proofs.
3. Confirm
A 50% deposit secures the date; the balance is due on or before the event day.
4. Event day
We set up, run the experience and share every photo and video with guests.
5. After
The online gallery and files stay available after the event.
