A Doodle Kiosk Inside an Art Experience

The client
MiQu sits closer to an interactive art experience than a photo studio, built around a kiosk that lets visitors draw over their own portrait before it prints.
- A drawing layer turns a portrait into something made
- Deployed at art installations and pop ups
- Public reviews single out the doodle print as the keepsake
What the deployment demands
Adding a drawing step changes what the customer walks out with. A photo is captured, but a doodled photo is authored, and reviewers describe the print as a keepsake rather than a picture. That difference is why the format works at events, weddings and parties where guests want a trace of having been there. It is also a useful demonstration that a small operator with one distinctive software feature can compete against studios with far more floor space.
