Can Chalkak OS connect to my CRM or website?
Short answer
Yes. Under Admin → Developers you can create API keys with scopes such as sessions:read and photos:read, and set webhooks for events like session.completed, photo.ready, print.failed and kiosk.offline.
- API keys: Create key, name it, choose Test or Live, and pick scopes. Copy the key straight away; it is shown only once.
- Webhooks: Chalkak OS tells your system when something happens: session.completed, photo.ready, print.failed, kiosk.offline. Send test event checks your endpoint.
- Request log and Quickstart show recent calls and copy-ready code.
Groups and brands that need single sign-on, data export and an SLA should look at Enterprise.
