Do I need a forklift? How is the booth delivered?
Short answer
Delivery is to ground level at your address. Moving the crate inside or upstairs and unpacking it are up to you, so plan a few people or a pallet jack. Most booths ship disassembled; a few ship assembled in a larger crate.
- Ground level only. The carrier delivers to ground level at the delivery address. Moving the crate inside or upstairs, and unpacking, are not included.
- Weight. A Standard Angle is about 150 kg, a Portable about 100 kg, a Low Angle about 300 kg. Check doors, lifts and floors before delivery day.
- Crates. Most booths ship disassembled. Parlour, Deco and Capsule ship assembled in a larger crate. A complete booth ships with its Standard Angle packed inside the exterior.
- Equipment. A pallet jack and two or three people is usually enough. If there is no ground-level access or the crate is heavy (Low Angle, photo boxes, assembled booths), arrange a forklift locally.
Before the crate is opened, see inspect on arrival.
