How do I move a booth safely?
Short answer
Move it upright. If it has to lie down in a vehicle, take out the paper and anything loose first. Exterior booths roll on wheels and the machine lifts out separately.
- Keep the booth upright whenever you can, strapped to the side of the van.
- If it must lie down, take out the paper, ribbon and anything loose first.
- Vintage complete booths (Café, Cinema, Noir, Automat): the exterior is a separate cabinet on wheels and the machine lifts out, so move them as two pieces.
- After moving, print a test before guests arrive.
