How do I change the paper and fix the print counter?

Paper warnings

• 50 prints or fewer: shows amber on the dashboard.
• 10 or fewer: you also get an email.

Changing paper

1. Load the new roll and ribbon together at the booth.
2. In Chalkak OS, on the booth page, click Remote Commands → Refresh from Printer. The count updates in a few seconds.
3. Print a test.

Count still wrong?

Power-cycle the printer, reseat the ribbon and refresh again. If it is still wrong, use Force override count: enter the prints left and confirm. It lasts 24 hours or until a new ribbon is detected.

Planning paper orders

Supplies → Media sorts booths by when they run out, based on the last 7 days. Supplies → Reorder shows how many rolls each booth needs for the next 14 days.
