How do I publish frames and themes to my booths?
Short answer
On the booth page, open Screens and prints, choose a theme, turn frame designs on or off, and click Publish. Use Apply to other booths to copy the same setup across your fleet.
- Open the booth page and find Screens and prints.
- Choose a theme in Theme.
- Under each print format, turn designs on or off. At least one stays on.
- Use Override a picture for a change on this booth only.
- Click Publish to [booth name]. The status changes from "not published" to "up to date".
- To copy the setup, click Apply to other booths, tick the booths and apply.
The booth picks up changes on its next check-in, within about 30 seconds.
